What you'll be doing
As a Bank Registered Nurse you will work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to provide high standards of patient care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include carrying out patient assessments, undertaking baseline observations, supporting discharge planning, identifying and escalating clinical concerns, providing health promotion advice and contributing to the smooth running of outpatient clinics. You will also support the supervision of colleagues and students where appropriate.### What we’ll look for in you
To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with excellent assessment and communication skills. You will be confident working within a multidisciplinary team, be computer literate and possess strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. You'll be committed to delivering outstanding patient care, maintaining professional development and embracing a flexible and positive approach to work. Experience within an outpatient setting and evidence of continued professional development would be advantageous.
