Bank Night Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team to work Night Shifts on a Bank basis.

The night shift is from 8pm to 8am.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and mobility assistance.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans as necessary.


• Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members through effective communication.


• Ensure the safety and well\-being of residents by adhering to health and safety regulations and our policies


• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to home care and IT systems used for documentation.

• Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred but not essential.


• Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with residents and colleagues.


• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.


• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 1\.0 – 36\.0 per week
