Automotive Sales Manager
Baylis is looking for an ambitious and motivated Peugeot New Car Sales Manager to lead our successful new vehicle sales team in Cheltenham.

The Role
As Peugeot New Car Sales Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day\-to\-day performance of the new vehicle sales department. You'll lead from the front, supporting your team on the showroom floor while working closely with Peugeot to achieve manufacturer objectives and deliver an outstanding customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the Peugeot sales team.
- Drive new vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Support customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Work closely with Peugeot to achieve manufacturer standards and objectives.
- Deliver strong Finance \& Insurance performance.
- Monitor enquiries, conversion rates and departmental performance.
- Recruit, coach and develop team members.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and customer experience.
You'll ideally be:
- An experienced Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or
- A Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to step into management.
- A confident and approachable leader.
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results.
- Customer\-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and hands\-on.
- Passionate about developing people and creating a positive team culture.
