Duties
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily dealership operations, including vehicle sales, service, parts, and administrative functions.
- Ensure all technicians and staff utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle quality control by inspecting work performed and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels of vehicles, parts, and tools to optimize availability and reduce downtime.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and foster long\-term client relationships.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in automotive management or a similar leadership role within a dealership or repair facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands\-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs or maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in vehicle servicing.
- Previous experience with inventory management systems and basic financial analysis is preferred.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
