Duties

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee daily dealership operations, including vehicle sales, service, parts, and administrative functions.

  • Ensure all technicians and staff utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repairs and maintenance.

  • Maintain high standards of vehicle quality control by inspecting work performed and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

  • Manage inventory levels of vehicles, parts, and tools to optimize availability and reduce downtime.

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and foster long\-term client relationships.

  • Monitor financial performance metrics, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
  • Proven experience in automotive management or a similar leadership role within a dealership or repair facility.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands\-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs or maintenance.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with suppliers.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in vehicle servicing.

  • Previous experience with inventory management systems and basic financial analysis is preferred.
