Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee training programs to develop team skills.
- Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling when appropriate.
- Monitor store performance metrics regularly and implement strategies to improve efficiency and sales outcomes.
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or a similar customer\-focused environment. Essential 1\-3 years at management level.
- Experience within the Luxury sector is necessary.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and organisational tasks.
- Experience in managing administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently with effective time management skills.
- Previous experience in clientelling is highly valued and an essential expectation for the role. The ability to nurture and develop positive client relationships is core to the role.
