We are looking for a hands\-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll play an integral role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the day\-to\-day operations of a busy restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with the day\-to\-day management of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety
Leading and supporting the front\-of\-house team, promoting teamwork and effective communication
Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest queries or concerns
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative duties
Helping create a memorable dining experience for every guest
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, self\-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
