The Role
You will work under the supervision of registered therapy staff to assist patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Undertake baseline assessments within clearly defined parameters for the identified service and implement, adapt and progress treatment programmes within agreed protocols and defined parameters. You will use specialist technical and practical skills to deliver flexible, patient centred programmes across a variety of clinical settings.
Please note this post is part time 28\.8hrs, salary is pro rata.
In this key role, you will:
- Be responsible for a delegated clinical caseload of patients whose treatment follows clearly defined parameters.
- Assess, implement, progress treatment and discharge in accordance with agreed protocols and parameters.
- Plan and prioritise delegated patient caseload.
- Plan and organise a range of therapeutic activities/clinics
- HNC in healthcare, education or social cares or SVQ III in healthcare, education or social care or equivalent experience in a health, education or social care environment.
- A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
