Assistant Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and help run our venue efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards across the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the General Manager, AGM and/or Deputy Manager in day\-to\-day operations
- Supervising staff and supporting teams to deliver excellent service
- Leading shifts, delegating tasks, and coaching team members during busy periods
- Ensuring operational standards, hygiene, and safety are maintained
- Assisting with budgeting, stock control, and operational targets
- Organising and planning events
- Ensuring guests have a memorable stay at our hotel
- Handling guest enquiries or issues professionally and promptly
- £29,835 basic salary
- £5\.6k bonus available annually
- TRONC (circa £5\-7k per year)
- Based on a 45 hour working week
- Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month
- Flexible shift patterns between 8am – 2am, including weekends, depending on venue demands

- Experienced in hospitality supervision or management in a fresh food venue
- Experience within FOH management of smaller hotels (but not required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to motivate and support staff while leading by example
- Confident in operational management and problem\-solving
- Able to work in a fast\-paced, high\-energy environment
- Commercially aware and capable of supporting operational and financial goals
- Positive, professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
