Assistant Manager - The Chequers, Cutnall Green
We are looking to recruit a full\-time assistant manager for the Chequers.
The Cheuers is an independent gastropub located in the heart of Cutnall Green. We have built a great reputation for amazing food \& service. Our food offer is fresh, seasonal \& experimental taking inspiration from cuisines all around the world. Everything is cooked from scratch by our chefs. The menu is constantly changing \& we are always trying new things. We have a great bar with fantastic beers, spirits, cocktails \& an extensive wine list. We have invested a great deal in the outdoor area which is now a fantastic location all year round.
As the assistant manager of the Chequers you will be an integral part of the business. You will work alongside the current team in running the business day to day. You will be expected to offer friendly \& great service to our customers alongside leading \& developing the great team we have already. You will get to see the way the business runs behind the scenes with financial \& stock training for both the bar \& kitchen working alongside the chefs to create menus \& specials.

· Experience at management level in a pub or restaurant.
· Passion for food \& drink.

· Someone who is willing to learn \& develop.

Job Type: Full\-time
