ASSISTANT MANAGER \- SHEFFIELD

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the effective management of a vibrant hub, ensuring it remains a welcoming, inclusive, and high\-performing community asset.

We are looking for a results\-driven Assistant Manager to support the day\-to\-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional performance across operations, financial targets, and community engagement. You will assist in managing daily tasks, contribute to revenue growth, and maintain high standards of safety and service, while promoting inclusivity and innovation. With a background in leisure or facility management, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to meeting financial goals, you will help inspire a high\-performing team, build lasting relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the hub remains a vital part of the community. A proactive, customer\-focused mindset and a passion for sports and fitness are essential to driving the success of this community hub.
