About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager\- Capex, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting strategic sourcing \& procurement programs for Capex category


• Driving client stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless delivery


• Achieving key KPIs including cost savings, timely delivery, and quality execution


• Managing sourcing projects end\-to\-end, from planning to execution

• Act as SME for Capex sourcing, guiding teams and stakeholders


• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, RFX processes, and project charters


• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation \& contract management


• Drive spend optimization, supplier rationalization, and savings delivery


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements


• Leverage market intelligence to identify risks and opportunities


• Manage and mentor cross\-functional and global teams

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)


• 4–6 years’ experience in Capex sourcing \& procurement


• Strong experience with global clients/stakeholders


• Expertise in e\-sourcing tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)


• Knowledge of contract management, negotiations \& supplier markets


• Certification like CIPS / MCIPS / CPMS is a plus


• Strong analytical skills, including advanced MS Excel

• Strategic sourcing \& procurement leadership


• RFX management \& supplier negotiations


• Spend analysis \& cost optimization


• Supplier relationship management


• Project/program management


• Market analysis tools (SWOT, Porter’s 5 Forces)

• Strong communicator with fluent Dutch, English (C1\+)


• Experience in client\-facing roles


• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse global teams


• A proactive, transformation\-driven mindset


• High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail

Pay: €48\.000,00 \- €50\.000,00 per year

Experience:

• sourcing \& procurement: 4 years (Required)

• Dutch in B2\-C1 level? (Required)
