Cafe St. Honore, one of Scotland's most sustainable restaurants is building on its already strong Front of House team. We are looking for a driven \& enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join us. Relevant hospitality management experience, a passion for local produce \& keen interest in wine is essential, but full training will be given.

This is a permanent position working a 4 day week, with guaranteed Tuesdays \& Wednesdays off.
