Buck’s Bar is looking for a passionate, driven Assistant General Manager to join our Hanover Street team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Scotland’s fastest\-growing independent restaurant groups.

You’ll be someone who:

• Leads from the front and stays hands\-on during busy services


• Creates memorable guest experiences and puts customers first


• Has at least one year’s experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Supervisor in a high\-volume restaurant or bar


• Confidently manages stock, labour and controllable costs


• Solves problems proactively and brings a positive, can\-do attitude


• Inspires, motivates and develops the people around them


• Has a genuine passion for hospitality, coaching and team development

• Overseeing the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant


• Maintaining consistently high standards of food, drink and service


• Training, supporting and motivating team members


• Leading floor and kitchen operations during busy services


• Managing guest feedback professionally and effectively


• Ensuring food\-safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are met


• Working closely with senior management to drive performance, standards and profitability
