Assistant General Manager
Cornerstone @Dyson Place is an exciting all day restaurant and bar within the amazing Dyson Place on Sharrow Vale Road!
Our team is focused on customer service, and the consistency and quality of our food and drink! If you share this passion then we would love to hear from you!
As assistant manager, we want to create a platform for you to be able to manage the space and step into the role of full time manager! We would require you to support with the opening and assist with team development, support in the day to day running of the business. Your role will be key to unlocking the full potential of the unit and the team that works in it!
Key Skills \& Responsibilities;
\- Energetic and Infectious personality with ability to make someone’s day
\- Work well under pressure in fast paced environment
\- Have at least 2 year’s proven experience in the industry
\- Have a good understanding of the coffee and restaurant industry
\- Have the motivation to set your own high standards, always delivering the customer’s expectation
\- Be organised and hard working, flexible and motivated
\- Excellent communication skills
\- Understand stock management, cost management.
Requirements
\- Previous restaurant management experience
Full time role, sociable working hours, no split shift, and of course. We require flexibility and weekend availability.
Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: From £14\.50 per hour
