Location: Based within the Bolsover District Council Depot at Doe Lea, Chesterfield *(just 2 minutes from J29 of the M1\)*

What’s it like to be an Assistant Branch Manager?

As the Assistant Branch Manager for our Managed Services branch in Bolsover, you’ll support the day\-to\-day operations of the branch, leading your team to achieve excellence in everything they do.

This is a dynamic, hands\-on environment. To deliver the best service to our partners, we operate as one team where everyone pitches in. You will be involved in everything from counter service, answering phones, and administrative work, to order picking, stock management, goods\-in, and upholding strict Health \& Safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Standards: Working as part of the branch management team to maintain high operational standards and build fantastic customer relationships.

  • People Leadership: Motivating, coaching, and developing your colleagues to help them reach their full potential.

  • Safety Culture: Upholding a safe and healthy working environment for your team and customers.
