We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Have at least GCSE Grade C Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in working with children supporting their learning and development.
- A positive, patient and caring approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop through the apprenticeship programme
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Structured apprenticeship programme with on\-the\-job training and support to achieve a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
