We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Source Heat Pump \& Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service air source heat pump \& air conditioning systems in residential \& commercial settings.


• Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals, then perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently.


• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and adhere to safety standards.


• Lead maintenance teams during complex installations or repairs, providing guidance and technical support.


• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to accurately carry out installation and repair tasks.


• Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or refurbishments involving HVAC systems.


• Document all work performed accurately in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during site visits.

• Proven experience with mechanical systems, particularly air conditioning units and heat pumps.


• Strong knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and system diagnostics.


• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to supervise or mentor junior team members.


• Proficiency in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance techniques.


• Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC installation projects.


• Good understanding of environmental standards and safety regulations.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.


• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or HVAC technology are highly desirable.
