Job Title: Aftersales Manager \- HGV Sales
Location: Stoke on Trent

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales operation of a successful HGV main dealership in Stoke on Trent.

As a leader in the commercial vehicle industry, we are looking for someone to join our team. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and customer service and are looking for someone to compliment the sales team that we have in place. The role will be office based, dealing with customers both during handovers and through a full aftersales process to ensure that the service they receive is second to none.

Aftersales Manager \- The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the aftersales operation, ensuring exceptional customer service while maximising revenue and operational efficiency.

Aftersales Manager \- Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the Service, Parts and Warranty teams

  • Managing sales and aftersales KPIs and targets

  • Identifying methods to improve customer satisfaction and retention

  • Monitoring performance metrics and refining business practices to improve customer experiences

  • Building strong relationships with clients and ancillary businesses

  • Assisting with managing workshop productivity, leading to a better customer experience
Aftersales Manager \- The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or similar senior leadership role within the HGV, commercial vehicle or automotive sector

  • Strong customer service skills and an ability to adapt to different demands and requirements from our clients

  • Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem\-solving skills

  • An ability to perform under pressure and manage customer expectations

  • Strong commercial awareness with a pragmatic attitude to problems

  • A positive mindset and enthusiasm for customer relationship management

  • A proactive, results\-driven approach with excellent organisational skills
Experience within the HGV industry would be highly advantageous

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
