Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary

Brightbond Cleaning Supply Ltd is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented commercial cleaners to join our team across the West Midlands. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in offices, schools, warehouses, industrial sites, kitchens, medical facilities, and other commercial premises.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, can follow structured cleaning guidelines, and are comfortable learning COSHH and site‑specific procedures. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Flexible opportunities are available for students, those seeking additional income, or individuals returning to work.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, schools, universities, warehouses, factories, kitchens, and other commercial facilities


• Follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning checklists


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain all designated areas


• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, communal areas, and high‑touch points


• Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly


• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls


• Preferably able to use your cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with COSHH and health \& safety rules (We can provide them if needed)


• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or site concerns promptly


• Maintain tidy storage of cleaning supplies and equipment


• Complete cleaning records and site documentation where required

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.


• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic


• Ability to follow cleaning guidelines and COSHH instructions


• Willingness to learn specialist cleaning procedures (training provided)


• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards


• Good attention to detail and organisational skills


• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods


• Driving licence preferred (not essential)


• Suitable for students, part‑time workers, or those seeking additional income

• Training provided (including COSHH, specialist cleaning, and site procedures)


• Pay based on service tier/role (£14\-£20/hr)
