Aesthetic Practitioner

Location: Royal Leamington Spa
Position: Self\-employed – competitive percentage split
Hours: Flexible days available

We are looking for an exceptional Beauty and Aesthetic Therapist to join an exciting new clinic combining advanced facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation and specialist ocular health treatments.

This is a amazing opportunity to become part of a premium, medically focused clinic from its launch—helping to build the treatment offering, develop a loyal client base and establish yourself as a leading practitioner in the area.

You will work with advanced InMode technology, including Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL and Forma radiofrequency, alongside a carefully selected menu of skin and facial rejuvenation treatments. Comprehensive manufacturer and machine\-specific training will be provided.

Treatments may include

• Morpheus8 RF microneedling


• Lumecca IPL skin rejuvenation


• Forma radiofrequency facials


• Professional microneedling


• Advanced medical\-grade facials


• Chemical peels


• Skin rejuvenation and pigmentation treatments


• Personalised skin consultations and treatment plans


• Combined treatment programmes and long\-term patient journeys

Essential qualifications and experience

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification


• Recognised Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification


• Current Laser/IPL Core of Knowledge or equivalent safety training


• Recognised microneedling qualification


• Practical experience delivering advanced facial or skin treatments


• Excellent consultation, communication and client\-care skills


• Strong understanding of skin health, contraindications and treatment safety


• Appropriate professional insurance and eligibility to work on a self\-employed basis

Experience with InMode, radiofrequency, advanced skin analysis or medical\-grade skincare would be advantageous, although full equipment and protocol training will be provided.
