Wall\-lag is a family owned and operated business which has been in operation since 1974, based in Mold, North Wales. Originally providing insulation, the company expanded into manufacturing and installing double glazed doors, windows and conservatories, then in 2008 it diversified into renewable technology. In recent years the renewable activity has increased significantly installing Air Source Heat pumps, Solar PV and EV charging stations.
The company has a number of contracts with Local Housing Associations, Local Authority Councils and Utility Providers to support them in delivering their renewable energy strategies.

Experienced Administrator

Wall\-lag (Wales) Ltd is looking for an Experienced Administrator to join our busy team.

Duties
\- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
\- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and make arrangements for the team.
\- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
\- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
\- Complete compliance paperwork accurately .
\- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
\- Provide clerical support to the team as needed.

Requirements
\- Strong clerical and organisational skills.
\- Excellent communication skills.
\- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
\- Familiarity with computerised systems such as Excel.
\- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
\- Proven experience in administrative roles is preferred.

This position requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills. The Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the team by performing various administrative tasks.
