The Linbury Doctors is a private GP practice offering a personalised service which allows our patients to have continuity of care delivered in their own home. From our friendly Head Office in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, our private GPs cover Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Solihull and Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
As one of our team of administrators, you will play a key part in the smooth running of our Head Office. Your day\-to\-day duties will include and are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the practice team
- Managing telephone calls, emails, and patient enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data quality
- Processing referrals, correspondence, and clinical documentation
- Supporting patients by delivering a professional, efficient and friendly service from initial enquiry to ongoing care
- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, GDPR, and practice policies
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous healthcare administration experience (essential)
- Has experience working within a private healthcare setting (preferred)
- Demonstrates a caring, patient\-focused approach
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organised and attentive to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks while remaining calm and professional
- Is confident using IT systems, Microsoft applications, data collection symptoms and CRM software
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Own transport (essential)
