The Birtenshaw Group is a well\-established long\-standing charitable organisation that has grown significantly in recent years.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen, working within our Care Services Department. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator, to provide direct administrative and clerical support to the Director, Assistant Directors and home managers within Care Services.

Hours of work: Full time \- 37 hours per week, all year around.

This role is office based, there is not an opportunity for hybrid working

The main duties of this role include:

  • Manage rota patterns within the homes ensuring gaps are covered.

  • Manage various computer systems used within care services, including uploading information and documents, exporting information to create reports and showing new managers how to use the systems.

  • Support staff training by ensuring all training is added onto the rota system, contact staff members in advance to see if they can attend training and update training spreadsheet with attendance figures.
\- Agency Staff \- Request, check and continually monitor compliance information regarding agency staff. Check invoices received from agencies against the rota system for accuracy.
  • Ensure all Reg 44 and Statements of purpose are sent to managers and then sent to Ofsted within the required time scales.
