Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Lunch: 30\-minute paid lunch break
Paid Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12\.71 per hour

Support Elite at Home (SEAH) is looking for an organised, reliable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Stafford Park office in Telford.

This is a varied and important role within our organisation. You’ll work alongside our Senior Administrative Assistant, Managers and Directors, providing administrative, clerical and operational support to help keep SEAH running smoothly.
No two days will necessarily be the same, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and happy to get involved across different areas of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails, calendars, appointments and correspondence
- Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Preparing documents, spreadsheets, forms and records
- Arranging meetings and taking and distributing minutes
- Welcoming visitors and providing reception support
- Supporting recruitment, interviews and safer recruitment processes
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining employee records and HR information
- Monitoring training, probation reviews and compliance requirements
- Supporting annual leave and sickness administration
- Processing expenses, receipts and other financial administration
- Monitoring office supplies, PPE and first\-aid supplies
- Supporting office health and safety requirements
- Providing day\-to\-day IT and systems support to employees
- Creating and maintaining electronic forms, databases and spreadsheets
- Supporting internal communications
- Assisting with social media content and other organisational communications
- Providing general administrative support to Managers and Directors as required
