We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have experience in administrative support within a professional environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Organise and update data records accurately within Microsoft Excel, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email or phone, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Support team members with IT\-related issues or requests to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for easy access to information.
- Proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
