Purchase Ledger Assistant – Join a Company That Values Precision and People

We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in the creative sector that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accurately processing large volumes of purchase invoices

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries quickly and professionally

  • Managing staff expenses and company credit cards

  • Preparing and running bi-weekly payment runs

  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing records

  • Supporting process improvements and helping train new team members

What They’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role

  • Someone who is hardworking, reliable and pays close attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • A team player who can also work independently

  • Good Excel skills: experience with Dimensions or FocalPoint is a bonus

  • Experience with multi-currency invoices is essential
