Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in the creative sector that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately processing large volumes of purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries quickly and professionally
- Managing staff expenses and company credit cards
- Preparing and running bi-weekly payment runs
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing records
- Supporting process improvements and helping train new team members
- Proven experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
- Someone who is hardworking, reliable and pays close attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player who can also work independently
- Good Excel skills: experience with Dimensions or FocalPoint is a bonus
- Experience with multi-currency invoices is essential
- Hybrid working: 2 days in-office (Tues & Thurs), 3 days remote
