Key Responsibilities
Accounts Administration
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier accounts, customer accounts, and bank statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve account queries
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records and ledgers
- Ensure proper filing of financial documentation, both electronic and paper\-based
- Support month\-end and year\-end financial closing processes
- Assist with audit preparation by providing required documentation and records
- Respond to finance\-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and relevant regulations
- Support continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
Education:
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role
- Experience with accounting software (Pegasus preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem\-solving ability and accountability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information
