Account Manager
Location: Sheffield S35 – This is a full\-time office\-based role at our office in Chapeltown, Sheffield S35\. Some UK travel may be required.
Annual Salary: £25,000 \+ dependent on experience
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week 9 \- 5
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a dynamic, customer\-centric account manager to join our close knit, friendly team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing outstanding service, while making a direct contribution to APCRM’s mission.
We are a software company based in Chapeltown, Sheffield. Our feature product is called Agency Pilot CRM, which is a comprehensive Client Relationship Management (CRM) system used predominantly by commercial property professionals.
The Role:
· Drive Growth: Proactively promote, upsell and cross\-sell our products across our client base.
· Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support and Development teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. We have regular internal meetings where new ideas are suggested for future releases of our products.
· Customer Success: Customer Account Managers are a key part of our business, maintaining strong relationships with customers and retaining loyalty by suggesting fresh new ways to keep users engaged with Agency Pilot CRM.
Skills Required:
· Proven success in a customer facing role, which includes upselling or cross selling with a measurable impact on revenue growth or retention.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for a range of audiences, from support staff to business owners.
· A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work cross\-functionally to ensure onboarding aligns with broader business objectives.
· Highly organised, proactive and focused, with an excellent attention to detail.
· A passion to learn new technical and non\-technical skills
· Team player, communication with the team, knowledge\-sharing, and working fluidly as a team component to enhance the overall customer experience
