Your Career
This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and build strategic relationships with LSME\-sized clients. You will be responsible for showcasing your expertise in selling cloud software across HR, Payroll, and Finance, engaging with director\-level stakeholders and demonstrating clear business value. With a strong focus on ROI and TCO modelling, you will help customers understand the commercial impact of their decisions while building a strong foundation for long\-term progression within sales and account management in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment.
Your Team
As a key member of the Account Management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Success and technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate across teams to shape a shared vision for customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from their partnership with MHR. Strong communication and teamwork will be essential as you engage leadership teams, support pipeline development, and contribute to closing strategic opportunities.
Your Impact
Your work will directly influence the success of LSME clients and the strength of their relationships with MHR. By building trusted relationships, understanding customer challenges, and clearly articulating MHR’s value proposition, you will play a central role in driving satisfaction, retention, and long\-term growth. You will use a consultative approach, combining strong discovery, account planning, objection handling, and solution\-led selling to ensure customers achieve their business objectives. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, sell on value rather than features, and leverage your knowledge of cloud platforms, integration, and analytics will be key to delivering meaningful and lasting impact.
