Finance Broker / Account Manager

Location: Priory Business Park, Bedford

Earnings: £28,000 \- £32,000 plus uncapped commission

OTE:

  • Year 1: £40,000 – £50,000

  • Year 2: £60,000 – £70,000

  • Year 3: £70,000\+ (uncapped)

We’re now expanding our team with a clear focus: bringing in ambitious, performance\-driven sales professionals who want to build a long\-term career with a growing business.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a 360° sales and account management role. This is a target\-driven position where you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and managing deals from enquiry through to completion.

You’ll be advising UK businesses on the right finance products to help them grow, with full access to a panel of 50\+ lenders and support systems. Whilst asset finance experience is useful, it isn’t essential. Sales ability, persistence, and a professional approach are.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise UK SMEs on the most suitable funding solutions for their growth

  • Prospect and convert new and existing leads

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across a portfolio of businesses

  • Prepare and submit finance applications with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Maintain clean and up\-to\-date CRM records

  • Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets

About You:
  • Proven sales experience, we’re open on sector, but B2B or consultative sales is ideal

  • Strong communicator with the confidence to speak to business owners and directors

  • Self\-motivated, commercially aware, and driven by results

  • Professional, coachable, and able to handle responsibility
