JOB OVERVIEW:
Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and Day-to-day member servicing for Real Estate clients Property and Casualty insurance programs.
Responsibilities

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze policy data</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow‑ups, trackers).</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs).</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hired</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree, Risk Management Preferred </li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred.</li>

COMPENSATION: 
The national average salary for this role is $80 000.00 - $100 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
