JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking a senior Business Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as a cross-functional technology partner to business stakeholders and internal IT teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight across a portfolio of business applications—anchored by Agency Management System (AMS) expertise in commercial P&C—while also driving process optimization, workflow automation, and platform change leadership. You’ll evaluate operational needs, recommend and guide technical solutions, and help ensure high-quality delivery through development, testing, implementation, documentation, and advanced support.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working for an insurance agency or broker with a strong understanding of AMS systems, workflows, and scenarios typical in commercial property & casualty operations.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Highly proficient in improving processes and efficiencies using AMS platforms; strong preference for candidates who have automated workflows and partnered across other business applications and AI-enabled tools.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High attention to detail and the ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong professional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; enjoys providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.</li>

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Providing level 3 to 4 advanced support to our internal and external teams.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Providing mentorship and contributing specialized knowledge.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Recommending technical solutions and determining requirements.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Commitment to relevancy: As an SME, it is important to remain up to date on any changes in industry practices or protocols to maintain reputation and continue achieving workplace success. WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
