Unscheduled Care: Out of Hours Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Out of Hours area of the Unscheduled Care Service, for permanent nursing sessions within the Chalmers rota during weekends.

The Unscheduled Care Service operates from Chalmers Dental Centre 7 days per week which includes weekday evenings, weekends and all public holidays. This dynamic and fast\-paced service provides emergency and urgent dental care to both registered and unregistered patients across the Lothian area.

The session operating times are:

*Saturdays and Sundays: 09\.30 12\.45 and 13\.15 16\.30*

There are various sessions of 3 hrs 15 mins available across a 4\-week rotation, during Saturdays and Sundays.

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident team players to join the Out of Hours Service. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.

Please note: As this post is part\-time, the salary will be pro\-rata.
