Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Type: Full\-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm

We’re now looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our friendly and growing team.
The Role
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you’ll provide both remote and on\-site technical support to our customers. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, resolve problems efficiently and ensure our customers receive the high standard of service we’re known for.
You’ll work closely with both customers and colleagues, so excellent communication skills and a genuine customer\-focused approach are essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem\-solving, working with technology and helping people, while developing their skills across a broad range of IT environments.

You should have experience supporting a range of technologies, including:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- macOS
- Group Policy
- Backup systems
- Networking and printing
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Azure
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- VoIP phone systems
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
- LAN and WAN networking
- VPNs and VLANs
- Network switches
- Managed Wi\-Fi
- Firewalls
- Routers
