Join a welcoming and supportive primary school as an EYFS Teaching Assistant, providing 1:1 support to a pupil within the Early Years Foundation Stage. This role is ideal for a caring and proactive individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on young children's educational development.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil, assisting with their learning, development, and engagement throughout the school day.


• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver appropriate learning activities that cater to the child's needs.


• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions within the classroom.


• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.


• Support the wider EYFS team as required, contributing to a cohesive educational experience for all pupils.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with children within an EYFS or primary school setting.


• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting children.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering positive interactions with pupils and colleagues.


• A good understanding of child development and early learning principles.


• Commitment to supporting children to achieve the best possible educational outcomes.
