What You'll do:

• Provide support and development activities related to Identity \& Access Management (IAM) solutions.


• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and availability.


• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365\) services and user lifecycle management.


• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments.


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.


• Contribute to the optimization of authentication and access management processes.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.


• Hands\-on experience with IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365\), and Exchange.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.


• Experience managing identities, permissions, and access governance.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.


• Good communication skills in Portuguese.


• Graduate degree or equivalent academic background.


• Proactive, organized, and customer\-oriented mindset.
