Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Organize and support strategic meetings, incl. the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.


• Supporting the development and maintenance of medical affairs plans and timelines.


• Assisting in the coordination of scientific publications, congress activities, and symposia


• Preparing scientific slide decks, reports, and pre\-read materials for internal and external meetings.


• Supporting medical information requests and ensuring scientific accuracy of materials.


• Coordinating activities with cross\-functional stakeholders (e.g., clinical development, market access, commercial, regulatory).


• Contributing to budget tracking and contract management within the medical affairs team.


• Executive Communication: Prepare high\-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership


• Supporting global projects and initiatives driven by the Global Head of Medical Affairs.

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you:

• Preferably be in your first years of your Bachelor studies or just started your Masters, preferably in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.


• Have a strong interest in medical affairs and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.


• Can work in a structured, proactive, and independent way.


• Have strong organizational, project management and communication skills.


• Are curious and eager to learn in an international environment.


• Bring in excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an advantage.


• Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with reference management tools is a plus.


• Bring in passion for improving patients’ lives through science and medical innovation.
