Turn planning data into sharp insights and dashboards that help Vanderlande steer the business, both in our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation program and in our weekly (S\&OE) and monthly (S\&OP) planning cadence.

At the same time, you’ll support our core planning rhythm:

• S\&OP (monthly): aligning demand, supply, resource and financial plans to steer the business


• S\&OE (weekly): ensuring the plan is actually executed by managing short\-term gaps and priorities

As a Working Student – S\&OP Analyst, you will support the Corporate Planning team in improving data\-driven decision\-making within both planning cadences and be part of our IBP journey.

What you'll do

You will primarily focus on data analytics and visualization, helping to translate planning data into clear insights and dashboards (Power BI), and supporting the team in building a scalable data foundation across domains (Airports, \& Distribution). More specifically:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support S\&OP, S\&OE and IBP processes


• Analyze planning data (e.g. demand, supply, backlog, capacity) and translate it into actionable insights


• Support the consolidation of cross\-BU data into one integrated view


• Identify data inconsistencies and contribute to improving data quality and governance


• Support preparation of management reports and executive\-ready visuals


• Work with planning, finance and IT teams on data structures and tooling (e.g. Anaplan, ERP)


• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning KPIs and reporting standards

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering


• Strong interest in data analytics and business decision\-making


• Experience with Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL and other tooling


• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and simplify complex topics


• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment


• Strong communication skills; able to explain insights to non\-technical stakeholders


• Interest in (supply chain) planning (S\&OP/S\&OE) or operations is a strong plus


• + Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System \& resident of The Netherlands
