Working Cleaning Manager / Logistics Lead
CW Group is looking for a reliable, organised and hands\-on Working Cleaning Manager / Logistics Lead to help manage our mobile cleaning team.
This is a practical, hands\-on role supporting the day\-to\-day running of our specialist and mobile cleaning work. The role currently involves helping organise 2 vans and a small team of up to 4 people, while also working physically alongside the team when required.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with the Director to help build a more efficient logistics system, making sure jobs are planned properly, travel time is reduced where possible, teams are kept productive, and everyone has clear direction throughout the working day.
This would suit someone who is practical, organised, confident with people, and happy to take responsibility without expecting a usual office\-based management role.
Main responsibilities include:
- Helping organise 2 vans and a small mobile cleaning team
- Planning daily work to keep staff productive and jobs running efficiently
- Working with the Director to improve routes, schedules and logistics
- Carrying out physical cleaning work alongside the team.
- Supporting staff on site and helping them understand what needs doing
- Checking cleaning standards and reporting any issues
- Helping prepare equipment, chemicals and stock for jobs
- Communicating clearly with the office, customers and other team members
- Helping reduce wasted time, unnecessary travel and poor planning
- Jobs will include specialist cleaning, such as window cleaning, pressure washing and general facilities work where required (more on our website www.cwgroup.co.uk)
- Highly organised and practical

- Interested in helping build better systems as the company grows
Cleaning, facilities, logistics, van\-based work, team leading or site supervision experience
Experience planning routes, organising jobs or managing small teams would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence required.
Pay:
£13\.00 – £14\.50 per hour depending on experience
There may be opportunities for the right person to grow with the role as the department becomes more efficient and structured.
