At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.

Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme. Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future and take the first step to a graduate role at PwC.

We help clients to manage their finances and interpret the critical data needed to measure performance today and plan for tomorrow. So our people grow to understand the financial foundations behind the business world, across every industry.

Tax Services

In Tax Services, you’ll help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions, providing guidance on tax planning, compliance and strategy. The tax landscape is constantly changing and the future of the tax professional lies in data. Your analysis and insight will help high\-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses to understand complex rules and make informed decisions on personal and corporate tax issues.

Our programmes will help you gain a breadth of experience across our core tax specialisms. They will also prepare you for your future as an innovative, agile tax professional. We’ll develop your skills in relationship management and data analysis. We’ll also build your specialist knowledge on the way different businesses and client sectors work.
