Salary: Circa £26,500 per annum
DATUS is seeking an organised, reliable and highly motivated Administrator to support the smooth and effective running of our recovery\-focused services across Birmingham. This is a varied and important role within a growing organisation, supporting administration, programme coordination, finance processes and organisational systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate data inputting, data quality, KPI monitoring and performance reporting across services.
The Administrator (Performance \& Systems) is responsible for coordinating DATUS' performance reporting, KPI administration and organisational systems support functions.
The role ensures that performance information from across DATUS programmes is collected, validated, analysed and presented accurately and within agreed timescales.
The postholder also acts as the primary administrator for organisational systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, HR systems, finance systems, website administration and future organisational technology platforms.
The role supports staff to confidently use organisational technology through training, buddying, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
The Administrator (Performance \& Systems) plays a critical role in ensuring that DATUS has accurate data, effective reporting and reliable systems that support service delivery.
The role includes:
- Administrative support across DATUS programmes and services
- Accurate data inputting and maintenance of organisational systems
- Supporting data reporting, KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Supporting scheduling, bookings, communications and programme logistics
- Supporting financial administration processes
- Working collaboratively with managers and operational teams
- Supporting implementation of new systems and processes
- Is highly organised and methodical
- Has strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Has experience with data entry, reporting and administrative systems
- Can manage competing priorities and work across multiple teams
- Understands confidentiality, GDPR and professional standards
- Communicates well and works positively with others
Pay: £26,500\.00 per year
