Job Summary:
We are seeking a multi\-skilled tradesperson to join our small works team. This role requires a broad skill set in servicing, maintaining, and installing UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatory roofs. The ideal candidate will be versatile and capable of handling a variety of tasks to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, adjust, and maintain UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatory roofs.


• Install replacement double\-glazed units (DGUs) and carry out associated repairs.


• Service and replace locking mechanisms, handles, and hinges on windows and doors.


• Conduct detailed surveys to identify necessary repairs and parts.


• Deliver high\-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues.


• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment on\-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the window and door industry with a broad range of skills in glazing and general trades.


• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.


• Fluent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and a customer\-focused approach.


• Full UK driving licence.
