Window \& Doors Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Double glazing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales representatives, confirming and booking leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives
- Book, confirm, and allocate incoming sales leads
- Monitor lead progress and ensure timely follow\-up
- Coach and motivate sales reps to improve performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with customers and clients
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues
- Ensure accurate reporting and CRM updates
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities within the windows and doors market
- Previous experience in window and doors sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM and sales systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Target\-driven with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of double glazing, windows, doors, solar and home improvement products
- Ability to train and develop sales representatives
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good problem\-solving abilities
- Confidence in managing appointments and lead scheduling
