Patient Services Officer - 25.5 hours

The team is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and flexible person to join the team \- teamworking, great communications skills both face to face and on the phone, the ability to work in a confidential manner, IT skills, excellent time management skills and the use of ones own initiative are essential. A good standard of written and spoken English is essential. Local knowledge of the area is advantageous.

The role is to provide patient services \- new registrations, booking of appointments, directing patient queries to the appropriate person or dealing with it where appropriate, working with online consultations and total GP triage to ensure they are acted on, electronic filing and liaison with the team at the practice.

This is a high pressure job at times so the ability to keep a cool head is essential!

The Days of work will be Monday 1\-6\.30 Tuesday 1\-6\.30 Wednesday 9\-6\.30 Friday 1\-6\.30

Pay will increase to £13\.16 per hour after completion of the 6 months probationary period.

Pay: From £12\.93 per hour
