About Us
We are a family run business specialising in helping women find solutions for their hair loss. Many of our customers are experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions, so empathy, kindness and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for an individual to co\-ordinate and organise their shop appointment journey. From booking through to preparation and follow up. This role is to support our Shop Consultant in a customer service and administrative role. Ensuring that every customer feels supported and every appointment runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the full appointment process and supporting customers before and after their visit.
- Manage and book all shop appointments
- Speak to customers on the phone and via email, advising how our Shop works and booking an appointment for them
- Keep the diary organised and running smoothly
- Order in and prepare wigs in advance of appointments
- Assist to greet customers warmly and help them feel at ease
- Handle returns and post appointment administration
- Send confirmations and follow up communications
- Support the smooth running of the day in the shop

- Naturally organised and proactive
- Calm, warm and great with people
- Comfortable handling sensitive, emotional situations
- Detail focused and reliable
- Confident using systems and managing a diary
