IT WHOLESALE EXECUTIVE \& INT. SALES COORDINATOR AT BY MALENE BIRGER
By Malene Birger is currently looking for an independent and self\-driven IT Wholesale
Executive \& Int. Sales Coordinator, to develop and foster our brand, preferably based out of
Milan, Italy or Paris, France.
Key responsibilities
As IT Wholesale Executive \& Int. Sales Coordinator you will play a key role in accelerating our brand’s growth
across assigned territories. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager EU South based in London, you will
develop strategic initiatives, nurture key partnerships, and act as a passionate and visible brand ambassador.
We expect you to be based out of Milan or Paris, conscious that regular travel in your designated markets
will be essential to foster relationships, monitor market dynamics, and showcase collections in your market.
Travel should be expected 30\-50% of the month, with majority of the travel executed across the Italian
region, topped with occasional travel for our international showrooms per need, as well as attending selling
in markets in our Paris showroom 4 times annually 8\-10 days duration.
Travel and in market visibility will be essential to maintain strong relationships, monitor market dynamics,
and showcase collections to existing and prospecting clients.
A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

Main Tasks
Market Development \& Sales Planning
- Execute tailored sales strategies, business plans, and market entry initiatives aligned with brand
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insight gathering to identify
- Assist Sales Manager EU South and Wholesale Management with sales coordination, analysis as well
expansion, and achievement of key performance indicators.
Relationship Management \& Business Development
- Cultivate and sustain high\-value relationships with existing accounts and partners through regular
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, frequently visit of prospects, and strategic
- Lead onboarding of new accounts and develop go\-to\-market strategies, ensuring seamless
Partnership Excellence \& Brand Representation
- Maintain high standards of service and partnership, including visual merchandising support, reorder
within your markets.
- Represent and sell the brand actively at our showrooms, international trade shows, fashion weeks,
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and collection showcases (4 times annually) in Paris
- Coordinate and operate the Paris showroom in priority, as well as assist with Copenhagen, NYC and
execution, samples coordination, VM and logistics and overall showroom room planning.
Operational Collaboration \& Cross\-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with marketing, product development, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment
- Provide detailed, proactive market feedback to influence collection planning, messaging strategies,
- Oversee the management and advancement of the sales pipeline and forecasting tools, ensuring
Product Training \& Service Excellence
- Support and guide sales teams and partners through product training and brand education to
- Ensure a consistent, high\-quality customer experience in all wholesale interactions, fostering loyalty
Skillset and attributes
Professional
- 3\-5 years of experience within wholesale, B2B sales, and/or account management within the fashion,
- Successful experience with executing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and reaching targets.
- Good understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and consumer insights to inform strategic
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, further language within the designated area is
- Flair for analytics, preferably with proficiency in sales reporting tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft
- Driver’s license is a requirement to possess the role.
- Outgoing, and relationship\-centric personality, with authentic interpersonal and communication
- Performance driven, curious, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a
- High level of agility and resilience to navigate a fast\-paced, dynamic market landscape.
- Great emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and an empathetic approach to client and partner
