Wellness Practitioner Manager / Nurse – Full Time

We are looking for a caring, passionate and professional Wellness Practitioner or Registered Nurse to join our team at our Leeds clinic on a full\-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a career within the rapidly growing wellness, recovery and non\-invasive therapy sector.

The Role

As a Wellness Practitioner / Nurse, you will be at the heart of the OxyClinic experience.

You will be responsible for welcoming and looking after our clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Your role will include:

  • Providing a warm, professional and caring experience for every client

  • Conducting client consultations, health screening and treatment preparation

  • Delivering a range of non\-invasive wellness therapies following OxyClinic protocols

  • Operating specialist wellness equipment safely and confidently

  • Monitoring clients throughout their treatments

  • Explaining treatments and answering client questions

  • Maintaining accurate client treatment records

  • Following all clinic safety, hygiene and operational procedures

  • Recognising when a client may require further support or clinical advice

  • Supporting clients with treatment plans and ongoing wellness programmes

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients

  • Helping clients understand the appropriate use of the therapies we provide

  • Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming clinic environment

  • Supporting the wider OxyClinic team with day\-to\-day clinic operations

  • Contributing to an exceptional customer experience and the continued growth of the clinic
Full Training Provided

Previous experience with our specific therapies is not essential.

Full training will be provided on OxyClinic's treatment systems, equipment, safety procedures and protocols.

We are looking for the right person, with the right attitude, personality and commitment to client care.

  • A Registered Nurse or experienced Wellness / Therapy Practitioner

  • Caring, compassionate and genuinely interested in people's wellbeing

  • Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with clients

  • Professional and well presented

  • Calm and reassuring, particularly when clients may be nervous about a treatment

  • Naturally attentive and able to recognise individual client needs

  • Passionate about health, wellness, recovery and preventative wellbeing

  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently

  • Comfortable learning and operating specialist equipment

  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a positive environment

  • Confident using computers and maintaining accurate records

  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and confidentiality
