We’re looking for a capable and proactive Office Services Assistant to join our friendly team in Leeds. This could be the ideal role for someone with a solid grounding in office administration who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, whilst offering excellent client service. It would equally suit someone who is looking to move from hospitality into an office based role.

The role
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for delivering key services that support the day\-to\-day running of the office. From ensuring our spaces are stocked and presentable, to supporting legal teams with document handling and deliveries, you’ll be involved in a little bit of everything.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Photocopying, scanning, printing and binding legal documents
- Preparing bundles and finalising engrossments
- Supporting room setup for meetings and events
- Handling hand deliveries and errands across Leeds City Centre
- Keeping kitchen areas and stationery supplies topped up
- Helping maintain copier equipment and liaising with suppliers when needed
- Supporting Health \& Safety and building maintenance coordination
What we are looking for
We’re keen to hear from candidates with some previous experience in an administrative or office support role within a professional environment, or those with strong customer service skills gained in hospitality. You’ll be organised, confident working with others and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You’ll also need:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise and stay calm when it’s busy
- A team player mindset with a focus on great client service
- Basic IT skills and confidence using standard office equipment

- Salary: £24,000 per annum
