Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components, primarily using TIG welding techniques, to produce high\-quality metal structures and parts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in sheet metal work, assembly, and the use of power tools. Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding and other welding techniques on different materials, including sheet metal.
- Fabricate components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly of fabricated parts to meet project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision using appropriate tools.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimise workflow.
- Proficiency in TIG welding and other welding methods relevant to \<LOCATION\> welding standards.
- Experience with fabrication processes involving sheet metal and structural components.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication.
- Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of various mechanical fasteners.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£33,183\.14 per year
