We’re The Parmar Collection, an exquisite group of award\-winning stately wedding venues, multi\-purpose event spaces, boutique hotels and a contemporary restaurant. Behind the scenes, we’re a family business, supported by a diverse and talented team, and we’re looking for a Weddings and Events Sales Executive to work across our venues.
About the Weddings and Events Sales Executive
A Weddings and Events Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling weddings and special events for our venues. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their vision, produce showrounds and converting enquiries into bookings.
This includes (but is not limited to) the below responsibilities
● Respond promptly to wedding and event enquiries
● Conduct site visits and venue show rounds for prospective clients/couples across all venues
● Build strong relationships to convert leads into confirmed bookings
● Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and pricing packages
● Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client information
● Manage contracts, deposits, and payment schedules
● Update CRM systems and sales reports
● Achieve individual and team sales targets
Basic Salary: £37,500 \- dependent on experience.
With additional OTE of up to £7k

- Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
- Confident in using CRM systems
- Full Drivers licence and car
